Refund Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to have a great experience with our merchandise. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.

1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused

  • It is in original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at hq.sunnysanyal@gmail.com with order details and photos (if damaged).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized/personalized items

  • Limited edition signed merchandise

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if the item received is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will replace it with the same item or similar product (if stock is unavailable).

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will resolve it quickly.
